Refunds & Returns.
This policy explains when a purchase of downloadable Marketing Notes Malta material may be cancelled or refunded, including the rules that apply before and after a digital download begins.
For change-of-mind requests, a refund may be requested during the applicable withdrawal period only while the purchased digital product has not been downloaded and the download has not begun. Once the download begins, the right of withdrawal may be lost where you gave the required prior express consent and acknowledgement at checkout.
Our notes are downloadable digital content.
Marketing Notes Malta sells digital study notes supplied as downloadable files. There is no physical item to return.
This policy distinguishes between a purchase where the download has not started and a purchase where the buyer has already begun downloading the digital product.
Change-of-mind requests before the download starts.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may request to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, provided that you have not started downloading the purchased digital content.
If a valid withdrawal request is made before the download begins, the order will be cancelled and the payment refunded in accordance with applicable law.
In short: if you change your mind, contact us before clicking or activating the download link and within the applicable withdrawal period.
Starting the download changes your withdrawal rights.
Where immediate access to digital content is provided during the withdrawal period, we may ask you at checkout to expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download of the digital content begins.
If you provide that consent and acknowledgement and then click, activate or otherwise begin the download, change-of-mind refunds are no longer accepted.
Merely receiving an order confirmation or being shown a download link does not by itself mean that you have downloaded the product. The relevant point is when the download or supply of the digital content actually begins.
This does not remove your statutory rights where the digital content is faulty, corrupted, materially different from what was purchased, or otherwise not in conformity with applicable consumer law.
Faulty, corrupted or incorrect digital content.
If the file cannot be downloaded due to a problem on our side, is corrupted, is the wrong product, or is otherwise not supplied as agreed, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, this may include providing a replacement file, correcting the issue, a price reduction or a refund where required by applicable law.
The restriction on change-of-mind refunds after downloading does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How to request a cancellation or refund.
Contact us through the Contact page and provide enough information for us to identify the order, such as your name, email address, order number and the product purchased.
For a change-of-mind withdrawal before downloading, your request must be sent within the applicable withdrawal period and before the download begins.
How approved refunds are paid.
Where a refund is due, it will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another lawful method is agreed. Processing time after a refund is issued may also depend on Stripe, your bank or your card provider.
Nothing in this policy is intended to delay a refund beyond any timeframe required by applicable consumer law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a genuine issue with an order, please contact us so we can investigate it. This does not limit any legal right you may have to raise a payment dispute with your payment provider.
